This Limited Edition also known as "Enduring Glow of Freedom" was issued for the US military in 1999. It consists of the Hummel figurine "Crossroads" with the HALT sign down and the Happy Traveler figurine. It comes with a wooden base with a mountable plastic rainbow. Each figurine has a special decal of both the German and American flags under the base. The figurine were modeled by Helmut Fischer in 1999 to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
