New 2011 MI Hummel Figurine Noisemaker is the 10th Edition in the "Moments In Time" series. It is 7" high and has a worldwide limited edition of 2,000 pieces. Like all current production M.I. Hummel figurines, this piece is being produced by Manufaktur Rodental in the same German factory and be the same artist as previously by the Goebel Company.
