- You must
request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days.
- Each return
MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization"
number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when
you return your merchandise.
- One RMA
number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items
from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA
number for your returns.
- When returning
product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.
You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Hummels at a Discount
will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.

fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping

Policy for Refunds
You may return
items sold by Hummels at a Discount within 30 days from the invoice date
for a full refund (If you received free shipping,actually shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.). Please include
the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the
invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number.
Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition
in the original packaging and include all accessories. A 15% restocking fee may
be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
- Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
- Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
- Shipping, handling/processing and insurance charges are not refundable.
- Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
Policy for Exchange:
At Hummels at a Discount, we do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you purchase
a Hummel that is a duplicate to one you already have, you may exchange the Hummel for one of equal or higher value. The customer is responsible
for return shipping and insurance costs. Shipping charges will apply for shipping the replacement Hummel to the customer.
In order to
keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for
any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to
us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
A 15% restocking
fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result
of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

fee (shipping cost). For any refused package or any returns to Hummels at a Discount
due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient,
we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.
You must obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return
period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted online (RMA
Request). Hummels at a Discount will not accept returns without prior authorization
or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should
be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a
credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form
so that the credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Hummels at a Discount.
Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss
for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned
products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include
the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided
by the manufacture. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
All Clearance products purchased from Hummels at a Discount will not be accepted for returns.
